PATH Foundation announces over $755k in Program and Planning Grants

Warrenton, Va. – The PATH Foundation has announced the recipients of their latest round of Program and Planning grants. This year, 17 local organizations received a total of $757,586.09.

Program and Planning grants fund new or existing projects that are in line with the PATH Foundation’s four priority areas: access to health, childhood wellness, senior services and mental health. more

Website $28,823 July 1, 2019 Verdun Adventure Bound received $28,823 for the Adventures in Learning Wellness Program, which uses experiential learning to communicate and implement the Botvin LifeSkills curriculum to students enrolled at M.M. Pierce and C.M. Bradley elementary schools. more

Website $75,000 July 1, 2019 Piedmont Dispute Resolution Center received $75,000 to fund an early intervention conflict resolution program for non-court involved residents of northern Culpeper, Fauquier and Rappahannock counties through mediation and restorative justice education and services. more

Website $16,000 July 1, 2019 Kid Pan Alley received $16,000 to support “One Little Song Can Change the World,” a project that focuses on the art of songwriting and its potential as a catalyst for change. more

Website $20,404 July 1, 2018 Rappahannock Goodwill Industries, Inc. received a grant of $20,404 to support The Groundwork Project. The program encourages leadership development, builds teamwork and establishes careers for young people through hands-on learning and experiential education. more

Website $35,000 July 1, 2018 Rapp at Home received $35,000 to continue support of their Senior Village Initiative. This program links neighbors together to maintain their independence through staying active, and having access to necessary services in Rappahannock County. more
