PATH Foundation announces over $755k in Program and Planning Grants

Warrenton, Va. – The PATH Foundation has announced the recipients of their latest round of Program and Planning grants. This year, 17 local organizations received a total of $757,586.09.

Program and Planning grants fund new or existing projects that are in line with the PATH Foundation’s four priority areas: access to health, childhood wellness, senior services and mental health. more

Four programs awarded Make it Happen grants from the PATH Foundation

Warrenton, Va., January 26, 2018 — The PATH Foundation awarded four Make it Happen grants recently for projects focused on safety, children’s wellness and family activities. The total granted for these new programs is $18,985.79, leaving the Make it Happen program with approximately $231,000 in available funds for the year. more

The PATH Foundation recently wrapped up their Holiday Magic program, a surprise grant cycle designed to give area nonprofits a helping hand with their holiday efforts.  Requests were limited to $2,000, and were established to support the work nonprofits do during the holidays to support the clients they serve. more

RappatHome Receives $50,000 for Program Expansion

June 20, 2016 — The PATH Foundation, a grantmaking organization based in Warrenton, has awarded $50,000 to Rappahannock at Home (RappatHome) to fund the expansion of the nonprofit’s programs.

This organization seeks to establish “Senior Villages” to help support aging residents, a concept different from traditional retirement homes or assisted living facilities. more
