Module 1 Establishing the Framework

Volunteers play critical roles in nonprofit organizations. Are you looking to boost your nonprofit’s capacity with volunteers? This 6-part Volunteer Engagement and Management training includes sessions on establishing the framework, planning, recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and evaluating. Module 1 Establishing the Framework will be held on September 15th 1:00pm-4:00pm, you’ll learn about volunteerism, the key elements of volunteer engagement, how to apply a volunteer-centered framework, and how to work with challenges to and motivators for volunteer engagement.
