Establishing the Framework

This 6-part Volunteer Engagement and Management training includes sessions on establishing the framework, planning, recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and evaluating. Module 1 Establishing the Framework will be held on September 16th 9:00am-12:00pm, you’ll learn about volunteerism, the key elements of volunteer engagement, how to apply a volunteer-centered framework, and how to work with challenges to and motivators for volunteer engagement.
