How does Community Link work?
Our community link manager works with organizations and people in our community on a case by case basis. This means that we can help people on an individual basis by connecting them with nonprofits and other organizations who meet a specific need. Community Link manager Yesenia Reyes explains the process in this video:
Community Link is one arm of the PATH Resource Center, which also houses the PATH Volunteer Hub and the Center for Nonprofit Excellence.
