Grant Information Session on Wednesday, September 30

September 23, 2015 — On Wednesday, September 30, the Bealeton branch library will host Fauquier Health Foundation staff to give an overview of the recently announced $1 million in available grants. Elizabeth Henrickson, Director of Administration and Programs, and Kirsten Dueck, Program Officer, will share tips for submitting Letters of Intent, completing full grant applications, and successful application specifics from past grantees. The session will also share more information about the Make it Happen grants ($250,000 in available funding) and Annual Program and Planning grants ($750,000 in available funding) to help area non-profits determine which might be the best fit for their organization’s goals and activities.

The presentation will begin at 10 am. The event is free, but registration is required. Please call Natalie Wheeler at 540-422-8532 to reserve your space. Following the presentation, participants are invited to explore the free Foundation Center grant research resources available at the Bealeton Library, a wealth of information available to non-profits in the area.
